Pecan Pie Filling

| Milk | 1 cup | 
| Brown Sugar | 200g | 
| Eggs | 3 | 
| All-purpose flour | 1 tbs | 
| Salt | 1 pinch | 
| Pecans | 1-2 cups |

Mise En Place
- Heat oven to 350f
- Chop/crush 65g of pecans
Directions
- Whisk eggs, combine with milk and sugar, flour, crushed pecans, and salt in sauce pan
- Put sauce pan over low heat and slowly thicken while constantly stirring for about 7 or 8 minutes
- Pour into pie crust, layer top with whole pecans
- Bake for 30 to 35 ninutes
- Let cool
- Pipe or spread meringue on pie
- Bake until meringue begins to brown
