#No-Knead Bread

Instant yeast | 14g |

Hardware
- Cast-iron dutch oven 10-inch
- Large mixing bowl
- Kitchen scales
Mise En Place
- Mix flour, yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Incorporate water until no dry flour remains.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 2 hours.
- Move bowl to refirgerator for 8 hours minimum or up to 7 days.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425f.
- Preheat cast iron dutch oven for 30 mins.
- Separate about half of the dough and set on lightly floured parchment paper.
- Place dough in parchment paper in dutch oven and cover with lid.
- Place dutch oven in 425f oven for 25-35 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
