• Mixing bowl
• Whisk or stand mixer with whisk attachment

Mise En Place

• Ensure hardware is dry
• Separate egg whites from yolks
  • Discard yolks

Directions

• Whisk egg whites until soft peaks
• Slowly add sugar, whisking until stiff peaks
