Red Cabbage | 1/4 head (optional) |
Sweet Onion | 1/2 |
Scallions | 4-5 |
Carrot | 1 julienned (optional) |
Dressing
Ingredient | Amount |
---|---|
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Rice Vinegar | 2 tbsp |
Sesame Oil | 1 tbsp |
Soy Sauce | 2 tbsp |
Red Pepper Paste | 1-2 tbsp |
Salt & Pepper | to taste |
Directions

Slice the onion and cabbage into thin short strips.

Mix the slaw ingredients in a large bowl.

Mince the garlic.

Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

Pour the dressing over the slaw and combine thoroughly.
