#Korean Coleslaw
Ingredients
Slaw

| Cabbage | 1/2 head | 
| Red Cabbage | 1/4 head (optional) | 
| Sweet Onion | 1/2 | 
| Scallions | 4-5 | 
| Carrot | 1 julienned (optional) | 
Dressing
| Ingredient | Amount | 
|---|---|
| Garlic | 3 cloves | 
| Rice Vinegar | 2 tbsp | 
| Sesame Oil | 1 tbsp | 
| Soy Sauce | 2 tbsp | 
| Red Pepper Paste | 1-2 tbsp | 
| Salt & Pepper | to taste | 
Directions
- 
Slice the onion and cabbage into thin short strips. 
- 
Mix the slaw ingredients in a large bowl. 
- 
Mince the garlic. 
- 
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. 
- 
Pour the dressing over the slaw and combine thoroughly.
