Rum | 375ml |
Cognac | 375ml |
Lemons Zest | 4 lemons |
Punch

Lemon Juice | 4 lemons |

Sparkling Wine | 2 750ml bottles |
Sparkling Water | 1 liter |
Ice | 1-2 spheres |
Nutmeg | 1 |
Directions

Boil the water.

Add the sugar to the water and stir until the water temperature drops to 190 degrees F.

Steep the tea in the water for 3 minutes.

Combine the tea, rum, cognac, lemon zest, and rye in a 4-quart container.

Strain the base into a large punch bowl.

Juice the peeled lemons into the punch bowl.

Slice the lemons and oranges.

Add the lemons, oranges, sparkling wine and sparkling water to the bowl.

Stir the bowl.

Add the ice.

Serve with freshly ground nutmeg.
