|Coconut Milk||1 can|
|Curry (yellow)||2 tbsp|
|Fish Sauce||2 tbsp|
|Cayenne Pepper||to taste|
- Pour half the can of coconut milk into a 10-12 inch straight-walled skillet on medium head.
- Add the curry and stir with a stiff spatula until mixture is smooth.
- Add the beef and coat.
- Add the sugar, fish sauce, cayenne, and the rest of the coconut milk.
- Simmer until reduced into a thick sauce.
